Really enjoying this laptop. Boots up very fast and has more than enough computing power for streaming and web browsing. Replaced an 11 year old HP and this one is meeting my expectations so far.

Broke and needs to be replaced after 6 months. Stopped charging, changed the battery, and then replaced the charging port. Still not working! Screen size is great, but it was not used daily.

The laptop is fine. Its the OEM windows 11, its locked in S mode and after hours of trying "fixes" from the internet, nothing worked. I bought a new full Pro 11 on USB and formatted/installed it. The install picked up all the drivers it needed and i finally was able to use it without S mode. If you don't know your way around Windows I'd recommend against this laptop. HP should make it clear on the product description that its a very limited 11 copy locked in S mode.

For the money, this is an attractive laptop. The reason for 4 stars is the keyboard seems to be a weird layout. I keep typing wrong keys.

For my purpose in using a computer, it has been up to my standers. This is a computer perfect for the average person who does use it on a daily basis, not for business purpose.

I was a bit skeptical because of the price, but so far I haven't had any complaints. We use it for pretty basic web browsing. I must say, I do like that it's not slow at all.

First time purchasing a refurbished laptop for my son but he is absolutely satisfied with it and the quality of the product.

Great bang for the buck..But beware my 3yo HP printer is not compatible with Windows 11 -the driver will not "engage"..Sooo had to buy a newer printer. GRRR!

Fantastic! Everything I needed. My last laptop was over 15 years old and it was time for an upgrade. This laptop fit the bill!!

We needed a new laptop for at home and this has worked perfect for us. We can do basic work stuff and browse the internet with ease.

The computer itself is fine, it is the software. The software co9mes with a "safe" mode in the OS. this prevents you from downloading a majority of the software that many use. for me, the safe mode was a surprise. i found that in fact you CaN NOT load lenix via a USB mem stick without making changes to the OS . in a real system it only takes a change to the BIAS to perform that action.

Difficult to use in general - including letters & symbols on keys too light and indistinct - for instance, little difference between "." and "," .

Love this laptop so much we bought 2! Bought 1 on sale a few months back and decided to grab another one for our office while it was still on sale.

bought for my granddaughter for her birthday. She loves it.

Staff was friendly and fast to get my order. Product was exactly what i expected and have had no issues.

The product is very good and the battery life is very good. I would recommend this product to anyone. I love it. I use it for homework and personal use.

This laptop is so much faster than my old one. I have to admit, the new Microsoft program is quite a bit intimidating, but it’s a work in progress.
