    This printer keeps showing errors. Also, this printer does not print double sided. I should have returned it.

    I wanted just your basic laser printer with some good wifi and network features, this was it. I've had other brother printers and am a fan, good price point for the feature set.

    I honestly didn't like it. Its speed is very slow and back point screen is very tiny and doesn't have keyboard.

    Always goes into “sleep” mode and have to unplug it to wake it up. Does not copy either. Ok for simple black & white jobs. Would have gotten a better printer if I wasn’t a seasonal resident

    I was surprised I could not feed an original into this machine and get a copy of it. You must have a phone or computer send it something to print. It is a printer, not a copier.

    Product was fine, as expected. Delivery was aweful. Little to no tracking info, then was later than expected and just showed up out of the blue without further delivery info.

    The agent I chatted with confirmed to me that this printer has an email.. as in I can send a document from Miles away to THE PRINTERS OWN EMAIL to be printed.. even if I’m on vacation. But that was false..mfc printer does that.. I regretted buying and I found out late to return it
