    I had significant difficulty connecting to my wifi. Suggest having printer very close to your wifi source when setting up. Otherwise it has functioned well

    Way better than HP. better build. also, their subscription only cost you 0.89 cents for 25 pages and can be rollover. best printer I ever bought.

  • No wifi, no usb, too dark

    I spent an hour trying to get the wifi to work. I input it manually using the extremely slow two arrow system. I did this several times because even though it said Connected, and the green light was steady, it couldn't be found on any of my 3 computers. It didn't include a usb, so I had to use the one from my old printer. After that wifi still didn't work, but I decided to test printing anyway. I often need to print very light things at about 20% opacity, and this prints SO DARK. Probably 80%, and there's no way to adjust it, even in their app. Overall super disappointed. I feel like maybe I got unlucky because I couldn't find anyone else with this specific wifi issue, but the darkness is a deal breaker. A waste of toner.

    Printed would not recognize the ink cartridge beyond the one it came with. Unable to return as it was 3 weeks since purchase. Never again Best Buy terrible return policy especially for a faulty product.
