Slow machine Does not perform well Can’t be dependent on

Purchased July 10 2024, checked in for service Sept 04 2024. Result - motherboard is bad. 2-6 weeks to receive a replacement through warranty. Inconvenient to say the least. This specimen was obviously poor quality.

It loads up slow and keeps freezing up. Some apps don’t close when exiting out of it.

Had less than a .onth and the screen is already going out on it and best buy only has a 14 day return policy, so now ive got to take it in ,have them check it out and pay them to fix a faulty product!!!

The laptop for me was to slow, I needed something faster

The PC is not for the experienced user, it is very disappointing to say the least, and this PC is in S Mode (Dummy Mode) so be aware you have no control over it what so ever. It was created to be Idiot proof and to help the user stay safe "a little to safe". The PC is locked down like Fort Knox and Microsoft is in full control of it, Not good at all unless you know absolutely nothing about computers, then it might be a good thing. If I buy something I want to own it and be in full control of it myself. So be warned if it says S Mode, your a Microsoft prisoner and they own it.

Good price and great customer service at the Best Buy

So slow during set up then screen started to flash. Then restarted and wouldnt turn back on. Had the laptop for an hour.. i will be returning.

I bought this laptop strictly for school use due to the fact that I was using macOS and it wasn't very compatible with some of the software that I was required to download for my major. This laptop is practically garbage. It is extremely slow and has difficultly executing the simplest of commands. I attempted to switch out of s mode a number of times and am unable to. I tried resetting the device (mind you with nothing on it as I had just purchased it) and it took close to 1 hour. Extremely disappointed.

I purchased this laptop as a secondary computer not expecting it to be a powerhouse but this is the worst laptop I ever owned. It's incredibly slow, it goes to black and thr resolution of the screen is terrible, washed out. You have to watch at a certain angle or you can't see the screen. I am returning it.

This laptop has got to be the worse laptop ive ever owned. I needed something temporary to get me through school as my macbook took a fat shiz on me. And this laptop will not let me do anything except search the web. 10/10 do NOT Recommend. Save your dough and buy something a little more expensive to save you the headache. Eff this shiz.

Computer is a starter computer but man its not that great even with a ram increase still slow and glitchy

Do not purchase this computer. It is absolutely a waste of money. It does not even function for simple tasks. It freezes, it’s slow and most times you cannot even open a document or search the web. It was a complete waste of money so don’t be swayed by the low price!

This laptop is a piece of crap. Run away from this one.

The laptop was used when bought. It turns off and on when I try to use it . The battery doesn’t last , and I use this laptop for school. I regret getting this laptop . It was the last of my money and it went to waste.

So far there are a few glitches when it comes to typing and the system is not that fast
