    bought this laptop for school. used it on and off for about 3 weeks before class. night before class I plugged it in so it would be fully charged for the next day. Go to turn it on to find out it did not charge at all. I have reset everything, tried a different charger everything google has told me to. it has been more than 15 days so I can't return it and now have to try to use my warranty to get a new battery. I did not save the receipt, which is my bad, but it was working find so I thought I was all set. I've never had a brand-new device not charge and come with a bad battery. go with a different laptop this one is a headache.

    I bought this laptop for nursing school and as soon as it came in I plugged it in for a few hours before setting it up. When I tried to turn it on the screen flashes and goes black. I didn’t have the money to pay for a warranty so I just wasted so much money on a computer that doesn’t even work.

    DO NOT BUY! I’m so annoyed I bought this laptop for work and it literally does not work. It constantly freezes and internets begins to lag especially when I’m on team on zoom. I’m even more annoyed because they only give you 14 days to return and literally after the 14th day is when all of this nonsense begin. This laptop is useless.

  • Beware Windows 11 S-mode

    Laptop does not load non-Microsoft programs when in S-mode. I did not know this and spent hours online with the GeekSquad, and they didn't know why I could not load Chrome browser or even run the GeekSquad remote troubleshooting software. Microsoft says S-mode can be disabled, but I was unable to do it. Finally gave up and returned the laptop. Wasted half a day on this!

    Absolute trash. Right out of the box and it was glitching and slow. Wouldnt even open the internet. I tried resetting, turning on and off, everything. Piece of junk. You get what you pay for. I will be returning this garbage.
