    computer is fine, customer service not so much! I have tried multiple times on line to ask a question about my computer but it is impossible to get help! Shame on you Best Buy!

    Service was provided with no wait time, the employee was very knowledgeable and helpful he asked what will I be using the computer for, home or office. And explained the benefits that it would provide. Fast , reliable and updated technology.

    If I had written this review when I first got the computer, it easily would have been given 5 starts. However, I have now had it for five months, and it has slowed down significantly, it freezes, it crashes randomly and restarts itself over and over again. There isn't a lot of storage space on it, which I knew when I bought it, but I've barely saved anything on it and it's already out of space. I checked the apps, and noticed that it downloaded a bunch of new apps without notifying me and they were taking up most of my storage space. If you're using this computer for basic tasks that don't require you to have a reliable computer, and you don't have to save anything on it, this is the computer for you.
