The trackpad is less responsive than other laptops that I have had, but it runs quickly. Ultimately, it worked well for what I needed it to do. I have only had the laptop for a couple of months, but the day after my return window ended, the computer is now showing a blue screen and saying that "CMOS Checksum is invalid" error (Error 502). I have run through the recommended actions, but it persists. It is frustrating. I do regret buying it

HP Laptop

Additionally, the item remained in the box until March of this year. This means the item is defective.

Last Time I Buy an HP

Have had 4 sessions with HP "Support", watching them fumble around remotely, repeating each other's work, resetting my pc to factory, wasting hours of time. Rather than offer to swap the pc out, they wanted me to send mine in for repair, which would take two weeks, and they would give me a loaner. PCs aren't like vehicles. It takes two weeks to just get the apps installed that you use regularly. Last time I buy an HP.

bad laptop experience

Best buy could not fix ended up returning and getting another laptop. The return was problematic. I purchased on sale and it was not on sale when returned, best buy said I had to pay the difference even though it was an even exchange. Ended up getting a "voucher" to purchase a new laptop. Had to wait several weeks for sale to purchase new laptop. They will have to be the only option before I shop at best buy again.

Was great until it died

Was also freezing up. I did everything I could to fix but no good. I took back in and got a replacement from Best Buy. They were very helpful.
