    Needed to upgrade and got the newest version of Windows (11) with lightning fast speed, cool back lit keyboard for dimly lit spots and big screen without all the heaviness of my prior laptop! Thank you for the Geek Squad who helps with all the bells and whistles: like camera on/off switch, wow!

    This computer is everything I needed. I needed a computer that I could be productive with and have multiple tabs open. I have also played my PS5 using ps remote play and game pass. The screen is great and ryzen 7 is perfect. This computer is exactly what I needed.

    My first Envy laptop from BB however I had a Toshiba from BB that lasted 20 yrs before I bought this one. I liked the sleek 16 in style & screen. It doesn't hurt my eyes. The lighted keyboard is cool especially when I turn off the room lights. I have a suggestion can the audio be turned to a louder system sometimes some videos cannot hear everything so clearly. Other than that I like it.

    I am enjoying my new laptop! The downsizing from a 17.3" HP Envy to a 16" HP Envy has been a bit of a struggle because I was so used to the righthand side numeric pad, but that is a personal habit to alter. The new PC is fast and light making it easy to carry.
