“HP A Nightmare That Broke Down After One Year

I’ve had nothing but trouble with HP laptops, and honestly, I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. My experience has been a nightmare. After just about a year of use, my laptop completely broke down—started with random screen flickering, then the keyboard stopped responding, and eventually, it wouldn’t even turn on. It felt like it was built to fail. What’s worse is how quickly the battery life deteriorated. I remember when I first got it, I could use it for hours, but within a year, I could barely get through a couple of hours of work before it started dying on me. It’s incredibly frustrating when you’re paying for something that’s supposed to last and it doesn’t even come close. And don’t even get me started on HP’s customer service. Trying to get help or a replacement was a headache. It felt like they were avoiding responsibility, and I was left stuck with a broken laptop. They don’t seem to care much about their products once they’ve sold them to you. Honestly, if you’re looking for a reliable laptop, HP is not the way to go. The poor build quality and frustrating customer support made my experience so much worse than it needed to be. I’d never buy another one.

I purchased this computer in November because the Envy I had before this the motherboard went out the computer kept cutting off and I had to exchange. So, I purchased this one and the same thing happened the computer kept cutting off and I would get the watchdog screen. I encourage anyone who buys a HP or any computer get the Geek Squad protection because I paid regular price for this computer and if I didn't I would be out a computer and out of my money. I am leaving HP and switching to a different computer manufacturer or Brand.

Dropped it for around an 18 inch height onto carpet (off of coffee table). Had geek squad take a look at it and it was a $200 repair and was out for 3 days. Ridiculously fragile.
