This laptop was not on my list to look at when I first arrived. But the staff member I talked to ask a series of questions and quickly help me select this model.. It had a few more features than I had first considered, but what a difference in speed.

I love using this laptop! Being able to fold it to be able to use as a tablet and watch movies while the speaker is facing up so it’s not muffled. I do a lot of writing and zoom calls and it’s quick , the keyboard sounds great with the clicking.. it’s smooth inside and out. It’s the perfect computer all around.

The HP Envy computer that I bought at best buy is a top notch unit whose speed is excellent and the whole unit is as good as anyone in the non professional use of a computer could ask for.

The battery lasts long and I can use it as a tablet too.I can open a lot of tabs and have it open for a while.

The initial set up was very quick and easy. The screen is very clear and bright. The sound is surprisingly good. Everything is very fast and responsive compared to my old laptop. Good build quality. After putting off buying a new laptop for a long time, I am really glad that I got this. Very highly recommended.

Affordable option if planning on doing school and work. Speed on it keeps up with some heavy ram sucking programs, but could be updated as well to improve. Love the capability of being able to put into tablet mode when desk space is scarce. Would recommend.

I really enjoy the look and performance of this laptop. As a trucker I need a device that's dependable enough to allow me to do my job. And as a person who literally lives on the road, I enjoy the 360 degree screen. It makes it easy to watch videos or live stream from my bed. I would highly recommend this laptop to anyone.

I've bought a lot of these computers for my company and they've always been very solid. The 2-in-1 has always been a nice feature and touchscreen makes it easy to operate off the computer itself when needed.

I really enjoy this laptop, the touch screen is a cool feature. It occassionally goes black for a second but I think I just need to be better about restarting it or turning it off when its not in use. The amount of space is also fantastic. The camera isn't as sharp as others but having a camera light would easily fix that. I picked this up for graduate school and find that the screen size is also helpful for completing my work and reading.

I really tried to do my research before buying a laptop this time. This is my first HP laptop. I have been it for about 2 months now. Overall, I like it. I was disappointed that it didn't come with the stylist pen. It is sold separately. I like the touch screen and copilot AI. I mainly use it for school and work, so I haven't had any issues with speed, connection, or anything like that.
