    Haven't had laptop long enough to really evaluate performance. Seems ok. However, getting it to operate was a repeated problem with Geek Squad. It took 5 trips to the store to get it all correct. They did not transfer all data a few times and then they said something was corrupted with the laptop or operating system, so they needed to save data but wipe out everything and reinstall all systems. So, after a week of efforts and driving back and forth with the laptop, they seem to have gotten it working ok. Here's hoping....

    Beautiful device. 16" screen is big enough that I don't always have to hook up to my 24" monitor. Screen is clear and sharp. Touch screen is very handy but does take some getting used to for us "oldies"...I'm sure I'll enjoy it more and more as I get used to it. Getting a new PC was also a handy way to upgrade to Windows 11.

    I bought this laptop as a Graduate student who generally has many tabs open and different apps running simultaneously, with that said this laptop has not shut down on me or froze...which is kind of a huge deal to me! Would recommend and would buy again.

    I bought this for my wife and she absolutely loves it. She was/is a previous HP lover before this purchase. She had a older one of these and it got knocked off a counter and wasn't usable anymore, so she replaced it with a newer version.
