    I bought this laptop as a Graduate student who generally has many tabs open and different apps running simultaneously, with that said this laptop has not shut down on me or froze...which is kind of a huge deal to me! Would recommend and would buy again.

    I bought this for my wife and she absolutely loves it. She was/is a previous HP lover before this purchase. She had a older one of these and it got knocked off a counter and wasn't usable anymore, so she replaced it with a newer version.

    Needed a new laptop and happened to catch a great sale price. A lot more laptop than I actually need for home use, but the sale price was too good to turn down. The tech that sold it to me said the same thing...an amazing laptop at this sale price. Works great, very pleased with my purchase.

    I enjoy this laptop it works quite well and the screen size is big which is perfect for me and it’s relatively easy to navigate the only things i don’t like is that you can’t just open it up without holding the bottom down so that’s annoying and the speakers aren’t the loudest
