Really like my new laptop!! Trying to get used to the new windows 11.

Very easy to use! The Geek squad helped download my old computer into this new HP. Its faster and i just love it!!

I tried for over 20 days to get a computer from Best Buy, I bought a Dell and the screen when blank- great customer service and my membership so I returned it. I found this HP, The store shipped this Envy to my place and it arrived damage, and stomped on, I brought this second computer back they took it and when I asked if they could ship it to the store they said no, so they shipped another to my place. That computer arrived late, I was very behind in my work since I work from home. Then the customer service at Best Buy got FedEx to get the computer to me earlier that the ‘later arrival time’ and that computer showed up and there was a hole in the box and the computer was flipping around inside. When I tried to return the third damaged computer the manager would not let give me the general manager’s phone number Nor would they let me return the computer. Also, I was offered no compensation for my time, gas used in my car by all the trips to the store, and the fact I was late in my work. I do not think it should take over 20 days to get a working computer from Best Buy. And now I have no computer.

It was exactly what I needed. Have used it numerous times already for work & 'play'.

I am extremely satisfied with my new HP ENVY 360 as it enables me to accomplish more work within a shorter time frame.

I like the speed and looks of the envy. The new ai processor is great on benchmarks.

Excellent laptop. It has all of the tools needed for business and pleasure.

Was able to purchase a new laptop easily. However, the geek squad team was unable to open my hard drive on the old computer to get may data . But, when I brought the old laptop to the Paramus store to see if they could get the data, they succeeded! Thank you to the geek squad team of Paramus for not giving up!!

This is my Second Envy! I can't say enough good about them. Reliable, the build is excellent, and I love the new 16" Screen on this one. Just the right size! As a side note the Sound is very good also. I would Highly recommend this computer!

This laptop is everything I could have hoped for--fast, responsive, great screen, etc. I've been using this since November and have encountered no issues whatsoever. Highly recommended!

Nice computer. Touch screen is cool. Only thing is that it’s a little on the heavy side. Otherwise, so far, so good!

It is an amazing tool, I believe this is super helpful for fast information. I personally don’t really use it most of the time because I used my computer for very simple task. Thought the whole computer has an amazing multitask capability and it makes it so easy get things done. I love the size of the computer and the image quality for the images and video. One thing I didn’t really like was the audio but I don’t even use it so it’s not a big deal.

I highly recommend having a great experience listening to excellent experts in what you want to buy. Well, that's how it was for me: I arrived full of doubts and left with one of the best computers I could have imagined having(HP ENVY X360 laptop).
