Great product..using for my small business and the it's a great computer, very fast and consistent.

I replaced my old envy 360 with this new one. This one has a larger keyboard without number pad. Love the larger letters and can always put a number pad on the touchscreen as needed.

Great products and would Highly recommend this Laptop

It gets quite hot when placed on soft surfaces like a sofa or mattress, causing the fan to run loudly. I believe this is due to the position of the ventilation system. However, it works well as long as you avoid placing it on such surfaces. No stylus is included.

I was concerned about the smaller keyboard because I am used to full size laptops. Everything works great; the keyboard is plenty large enough to type comfortably.

I was looking for a reliable laptop that can do the basics and keep me up to date with the latest programs. I have always preferred the HP. This one is pretty easy to learn and work. It has great memory/storage and is perfect for the price.

decent utilitarian laptop bought ue to a drink spill on my 17.3" envy. the only thing i didn't notice, which bugs me is there is no separate numeric key area which is pain for those that use software with numeric entries.

I was told it could handle most things and that the processing speed was decent but went I went to upload a 5 minute video onto my cloud drive, it took about an hour and my wifi is good wifi. I also don't understand how they can keep taking away more and more features. I had to purchase an external sd card reader because the once universal feature is becoming obsolete. On top of that, they made me purchase a membership just to be eligible for a refund and then didn't even give me a full refund. Thanks a lot! Needless to say, I will be purchasing all future computers elsewhere.

HP is my go-to for computers and printers. The Envy 2-in-1 provides everything needed. Best Buy helped make the transition from my much older HP laptop to the Envy easy. The Envy supports my personal computing needs including on-line training to complete a certification.

I have owned MacBooks for the past 10 years. I needed to buy a PC Laptop for work. This has been maybe the worst computer I have ever owned. The screen seems dull even though it’s full HD. If I don’t use it for a few days and then try to use it, it can take 20-30 minutes before it wakes up enough to become operational. Even once it’s operational it lags for a while before it works well. Battery life has been ok and it’s fine once it’s been running for a while but when I need to jump on my computer and I can’t, it becomes frustrating day in and day out.

Salesman, Ryan, was very nice, provided good explanations and helped us pock the right product for us. The first one was defective, it happens, but the ordered us a new on, sent to our home and it works great! The printer works great with the computer, my iPad and iPhone.
