I replaced my old envy 360 with this new one. This one has a larger keyboard without number pad. Love the larger letters and can always put a number pad on the touchscreen as needed.

Great product..using for my small business and the it's a great computer, very fast and consistent.

I've always bought HP products, and always bought from Best Buy. This Envy360 is junk. I started having issues after only 9 months. I took it to Geek Squad who re-installed Webroot because it became corrupt. Gave me the laptop, without showing me it was working properly. After getting it home and turning it on did I realize all my data had been wiped. Geek Squad claimed no knowledge of how this happened. Told me to contact HP, who told me there was nothing they could to retrieve my data because it was over 30 days. No one ever told me that an attempt to recover my data had to be done within 30 days. I have a $700 laptop I'm unable to use and neither Best Buy nor HP will honor the 1 year warranty. I have been bounced around between companies and techs for days and spent hours on the phone only to be told they couldn't help me. Can I afford another $700 for a computer. NO! I'll never purchase an HP product again and I will never shop at Best Buy again. Oh! And I will be sure to share my experience with all Social Media!

It gets quite hot when placed on soft surfaces like a sofa or mattress, causing the fan to run loudly. I believe this is due to the position of the ventilation system. However, it works well as long as you avoid placing it on such surfaces. No stylus is included.

I was concerned about the smaller keyboard because I am used to full size laptops. Everything works great; the keyboard is plenty large enough to type comfortably.

I have been very pleased with the computer. It is the first laptop that I have purchased. I does everything that it was advertised it would do.

I was looking for a reliable laptop that can do the basics and keep me up to date with the latest programs. I have always preferred the HP. This one is pretty easy to learn and work. It has great memory/storage and is perfect for the price.

Great computer for the price. If you are looking for an all around great computer this is it.

decent utilitarian laptop bought ue to a drink spill on my 17.3" envy. the only thing i didn't notice, which bugs me is there is no separate numeric key area which is pain for those that use software with numeric entries.

I was told it could handle most things and that the processing speed was decent but went I went to upload a 5 minute video onto my cloud drive, it took about an hour and my wifi is good wifi. I also don't understand how they can keep taking away more and more features. I had to purchase an external sd card reader because the once universal feature is becoming obsolete. On top of that, they made me purchase a membership just to be eligible for a refund and then didn't even give me a full refund. Thanks a lot! Needless to say, I will be purchasing all future computers elsewhere.

I have owned MacBooks for the past 10 years. I needed to buy a PC Laptop for work. This has been maybe the worst computer I have ever owned. The screen seems dull even though it’s full HD. If I don’t use it for a few days and then try to use it, it can take 20-30 minutes before it wakes up enough to become operational. Even once it’s operational it lags for a while before it works well. Battery life has been ok and it’s fine once it’s been running for a while but when I need to jump on my computer and I can’t, it becomes frustrating day in and day out.
