    After two weeks I remain disappointed. There is no manual unless I go on line. Have had multiple visits to geek squad to perform the transfer of data. Seems to have compatibility issues with microsoft package. Slowly correcting the issues, but this has been way more difficult then it should. Leaving shortly for my fourth visit to geek squad to address another problem. frustrating. the rating probably will be lower. I suspect with perseverance we will get this to work. I had an HP Envy for the last seven years, no issues.

    Love this laptop. First time buying HP (previously Leveno). Like the keyboard setup. Highly recommend and a plus was a great sale.

    Very good laptop, good display, practical. Sometimes the mouse pad doesn’t line up right especially in word. I think if you used it as a tablet more often, you may have trouble with the screen remaining upright.

    The computer seemed to work fine but the operating system never worked right from the start. I had the Geek Squad load the files from my old laptop. I picked up the laptop from the Geek Squad, but returned it to the Geek Squad after delivery to correct some operating issues (programs would not load, search did not function) only to have to return to the Geek Squad for issues of jpg files not loading, search not working and setup not allowing display changes. After several days with the computer being with Geek squad, I decided to exchange the laptop for a different one made by another company.
