    I bought this cumputer in October refurbished. Against my better judgement, I made the purchase because I used to believe in Best Buy’s reputation of a solid company and I never thought they would sell something that would start malfunctioning within a few months….. I guess that’s why they only give 30 days to return something. Unfortunately I went on vacation shortly after I bought the computer so it was after 30 days that I realized computer wasn’t working right. Associates at Best Buy claim there’s nothing that can be done and I will have to pay out of pocket elsewhere to get it repaired.
