    I've been an HP customer for 25 years easily spending $10,000 on every product they offer. THIS laptop is the reason I will never purchase HP again. The touchscreen has cracked TWICE on its own. When I received it back from repair, it cracked again. I'm also out $500 having to repurchase software that now doesn’t work. They refuse to give me a working laptop. Total of $1,700 wasted. Foreign customer service is terrible. Thick accents barely recognizable as English. GOODBYE HP. My next $10,000 is going elsewhere.

    This laptop came with Windows 11 and crashed when I tried to install Adobe Photoshop Elements on it. Best Buy support was of no help and referred me to HP support but gave me a wrong number. Eventually I reached the right HP support, who, after 5 1/2 hours on the phone, was able to help me set it back to factory install. The sales rep at Best Buy gave me incorrect info and I think she was just telling me what I wanted to hear to make the sale.
