I can't figure out how to take my personal song videos off my phone and put them on my laptop. Where is the manual that should come with this product. If I can't figure out how to use it it's if no value to me.

No problems so far. Works perfectly and it’s compatible with all college classes.

Very nice computer. Hard to see keyboard. Don't have keyboard lights.

It's great.....so far. I haven't had it long enough to make an accurate review.

Pretty easy to get used to, but I don't like the fact that there's no cd/dvd anymore.

So far so good, wish it wood notice my SD card reader more quickly .

While the HP had some nice features, like a free trial of dropbox, there was an issue with the smart mouse pad. It was glitchy and the screen would minimize. I discussed the issue in detail with the State College geek squad, and i ended up exchanging it for a Lenovo that i like much better.

I bought this computer in December and it died just a few months later in March. I’m a very light user and took very careful care of the device. The service/warranty/repair has been a nightmare. I keep getting conflicting instructions on where to go, who to talk to, what number to call etc. I’m currently being told that even though the computer is under manufacturer warranty, the motherboard is broken and I have to pay $360.95 out-of-pocket to repair it. This is obviously faulty manufacturing or parts. There’s nothing I could’ve done to break the motherboard myself. Until now, I was a lifelong customer of HP. HP and Best Buy have completely lost my trust.

I have been having issues with this laptop since the purchase. I have an appointment scheduled to come in and let the Geek Squad figure out what is going on. Sometimes the laptop won’t even turn on. This is not good considering this is a brand new device.

Seems to run a little slow when logged on to Citrix.

The computer has amazing quality and very high tech features but on the second day the computer would not turn on and it would be stuck on a black screen for 20 minutes before it would start.

Computer had boot problems within a week of using. I would be working on something then it would show the blue screen. Upon restarting, the laptop would say it could not find a hard drive. No diagnosing steps would work. Sent to HP service, now works……so far

I've been underwhelmed in terms of performance based on the specs and price.

The gaslighting i have experienced since ordering this is a primary example of the methodology Best Buy uses to perpetually float inventory numbers and deceive investors. They use the stylus issue, which is supposed to be included in the package, to initiate a cycle of returns and exchanges that basically result in the customer lending Best Buy money interest free for months at a time while they use the system loophole for exchanges to register shadowbox exchanges that has the system writeoff the product which employees probably then take for themselves.

The computer is very nice and seemed really good at first, but suddenly it started shutting off on its own from the very first day I used it. I bought it as a gift for my nephew and traveled here, and now their solution is for me to send the computer back via shipping so they can offer an exchange. This shouldn’t be happening; the Geek Squad team should be doing a better job checking the computers. In just the first 10 minutes, it’s obvious there’s an issue with the computer. Now I also have to spend money on shipping just to avoid having a computer (Open box, excellent condition) lying around uselessly.

This computer is very slow to start, my 4 year old computer starts up much faster.

Overall laptop looks great with high end latest specs but speaker for bottom is bad design flaw. You have to use earphones or Bluetooth

Big screen and easy to use. Glitched a few times which is concerning.
