    My daughter had this for 4 months then it wouldn’t turn on. Took it to Beat Buy and got it back 3 weeks later. A week later it won’t turn on again

    The little young girl who rang me up for my laptop enrolled me in a recurring annual charge without telling me… You need to start training you’re employees correctly especially when you hire kids to work.

    I don't know if it's the laptop or the tech installation but I can't even use the laptop now. I HATE IT!!!!! I HATE CONSTANTLY HAVING TO DEAL WITH WAITING FOR SERVICE!!!!!!!

    Very nice laptop. HP is a very reliable brand. I love the new feature where the computer recognizes you, boots up and will go into sleep mode when it realizes you have left the computer. Very fast. Ease of transfer from my old HP laptop was a plus.

    Does everything that I need it to do. One of the best laptops that I have bought and I love how nice the monitor is. I always have it plugged in because it never leaves the house but I am sure the battery is great on life.

    I bought this HP-Envy 2-in-1 16 in 2016 and it has been very reliable, I replaced the battery in 2011. I am looking for a new one as a replacement because it is not suitable for Windows 11 otherwise there would have been no reason to replace it. It is a rugged piece.

    Great product. I love how light and versatile it is. The touch screen was something I was hesitant about but I do find myself liking the feature. Does not work the best for downloading games as my husband found out. That is not the main reason it was purchased though so not a big deal.

    Great laptop. The processor allows me to get all of my work done with optimal battery life that allows me time to get the best performance from this computer. The 2 in 1 is an amazing feature as well. Fantastic for students!

    If you require good audio, this is not the laptop. The design is extremely misleading. What look like top speakers on each side of the keyboard are just for ventilation. The only speakers on this laptop are on the bottom of the computer. Past HP Envy designs did not have this design flaw, but the lack of decent speakers make this laptop worthless for music or streaming.
