Speaker under laptop on bottom

The sound is muffled and even when you put it to 100% it's not loud. So disappointed.

Best Buy is A+ for service and sales

I ordered online and picked it up the next day. I've bought a variety of things here and everything went great. Between the in-store service and online activity, I'll be shopping here again.
