It's an odd predicament to be in for working. I'm sure it takes some time to get used to. The tablet function is a bit awkward due to the keys and mousepad being pressed down. I'm glad I at least got it on sale. Don't expect it to be my final purchase for a business computer.

The ultimate do-it-all laptop

This thing can handle basically anything. Granted, this is my first real computer, and I also bought it on sale. The resolution is amazing, and the screen looks good in any lighting. It also doubles as a tablet when you need it to. Overall a 9.5/10. Might not be worth the price anymore though…

I was impressed with the price and specs, getting this computer on sale for around $550. Why 2/5? To put this rsting it persepctive, i was asking myself why not 1/5?… the system is bloated with questionable registires, hard coded links and internet protocols. I highly suggest downloading a fresh ios from microsoft , and reinstalling the system. Lenovo also restricts your power plans, which might be the root of instability. My laptop crashes a couple times a week. I notice this happens when over 50% of ram is in use and i close then open the laptop lid. Lenovo, if youre going to restrict my system, make sure its stable after. The battery life is good though, and when working… you cant beat the specs / price. If you can use an ARM arhcitecture for your needs, just go with a macbook Air.

This issue is one that hasn't been reported by other reviewers, so we're interested in collecting more information so that we can best assist you. For now, to try to resolve this issue, we recommend following these troubleshooting steps: 1. Perform a static discharge/power cycle. To do so, first remove all cables connected to the device (power adapter, HDMI, external mouse, external keyboard, etc.). 2. Be sure device is powered off, then. press and hold the power button down for 60 seconds. When done, re-attach all cables and insert the power adapter, letting the laptop charge for a couple minutes, then power up the machine as usual. 3. Try to update the drivers on the Lenovo Support site: https://pcsupport.lenovo.com/. Type the machine serial number (S/N) on the search bar. Hit enter to search the details regarding that unit. Click on the Drivers and Software tab, head to the Manual Update tab. Filter the Operating System drop-down to Windows 11 and proceed to downloading / updating the drivers. Restart your laptop when updates are done. If your issue persists after these steps, we then recommend contacting Lenovo Support directly at this number: 855-253-6686, to work with a representative for more in-depth troubleshooting.
