    I bought it and received it defected, so i sent it back for an exchange, which got canceled and my refund was delayed. Eventually i received a refund but the laptop was no longer on sale and they wouldn’t honor the original price i had paid while it was on sale. However, i am now being helped and they are resolving the issues and honoring the discount which i can appreciate.

    Best Buy won't honor price match

    While I love this laptop, I don't love Best Buy. I've purchased more than $30k worth of product from Best Buy in the last 12 months, and Best Buy will not honor a price match FROM BEST BUY. I've spoken with a supervisor that has told me that policy is policy, and they will not honor a price match outside of the 15 day purchase window... I bought this laptop a 30 days ago. I have a $22k PO in my hands right now, and I am taking it to Amazon.

    Solid laptop but disappointing battery life

    Solidly built and good value for money but battery life is wanting. Battery life on the Yoga 7i (with intel i5 Core Ultra) is better.

Thankfully, many of those variables can be adjusted. By default, the system will tend to give more speed when needed, which can sacrifice battery life. If you want to squeeze out more battery life, we recommend users utilize the Lenovo Vantage application that is preinstalled to adjust settings related to power and battery performance (to access relevant settings, open Vantage > Device Settings > Power). Users can also take advantage of the keyboard shortcut, Fn + Q to toggle thermal modes and easily switch between prioritizing battery life or power, or even the best of both worlds.     Need a better delivery method

    It is most likely that I will not purchase from Best Buy again. The PC was not delivered and most likely stolen by the local delivery company they use. It took me going through my bank and challenging them to get a refund even though I had plenty of proof. I recommend the item, but I would purchase from another vendor as I did eventually.

    This is one of the worst laptops I have ever bought. You basically are purchasing a brick. Over heats constantly and the wifi chip is dog sh$t. Avoid at all costs.

    Works fine if you don't connect to a large network. I originally bought this to use at my university and the wifi kept dropping. Not usable for my purposes. Returned for something with a better wifi chip.

Also, we recommend ensuring you have the latest software by checking for updates, as this could correct the issue. To do so, first, open the Settings app > Select the Windows update tab > Select the Check for updates button. Next, open the Lenovo Vantage app > on the homepage, select the Check for updates button.     Laptop died just past return period

    Laptop seemed to be decent. Out of no where the laptop stopped sending signal to the screen. No damage was done to the laptop. It was past the return period, and now my daughter has to go to college w/o a laptop for several weeks, while it is getting repaired.

    I bought this computer open box- excellent. It came in a different box- with a big hole taped over, shrink wrapped to a piece of cardboard. No book, no charger. I was hoping best buy would just at least give me a charger that was supposed included. I was offered a discount on a charger. They sold me a laptop with no way to use it and wanted to charge me for something i already paid for. I don't even know if it would work with the way it was shipped. They are selling now for more money than i paid. Buyer beware

    Open-Box Costing More than New???

    Bought this as an open-box in excellent condition for a $70 discount off brand new. Was not able to connect to Wi-fi, install drivers. Geek Squad found prob with OS and said a Windows re-install would cost $150--that's $80 more than a new one on sale. I returned (Can ya blame me??). Bravely, or foolishly, just purchased the 16-inch (new!). Crossing my fingers and toes... Everyone deserves a second chance, right?

    I used the computer roughly 5 times and the motherboard went. Thank God i bought the extended warranty. Jist recently had the same issue. I want a refund!

    Last time I but Lenovo product

    Laptop screen failed within 3 months. Sent in for repair- took a month to get the update. Bought this due the metal case and the assumed durability. Sent in to Lenovo repair service and they had it in 'repair' status for about 3 weeks with no update. The laptop came with 'premium care' which is zero help.
