Sometimes I mess things up, but it is forgiving and will let me start over again. Great learning experience for this kupuna! I am happy with it!

Other than that really no complaints oh the battery box gets pretty hot also

Peppy little laptop

Used mostly to process videos for an influencer channel. The only negative is it occasionally freezes until restart. It doesn't happen often, and it doesn't cause issues. Four stars only because of the screen freezing issue.

I couldn't be happier with the service and the laptop......especially being a senior citizen (WAY SENIOR). Noah took the time to answer ALL my questions and didn't try to sell me more than I needed.
