  • Motherboard and charging problems.

    I purchased this model laptop. A few months later the laptop did not want to charge. I took it for repairs and learned the mother board needed to be replaced which cost as much as the computer and they were not available if we wanted to order them. I would not recommend it. I lost all my money for a few months of use.

    7 months into ownership and it failed to boot. Had to send back to Lenovo and wait two weeks for a firmware update. Laptop was returned in a flimsy box with scratches. Called Lenovo said it still works, right?

    I had it only for 13 days and the touch pad sticks. We have to click the pad in different locations to get the pad to start working again.
