    well, I was very excited to get this laptop and eight days later it went black screen and didn’t turn on. The only thing that came on was my keyboard so I had to go back to Best Buy to see what they can do. They shipped me a new one and now it is slow and it’s giving me all these problems when I went back to Best Buy when my first laptop crashed I asked if there was anything in store around that price that I could switch it out for In The Best Buy guy was showing me laptops triple of what I was looking for so not very excited about that and also not excited that my laptop is super slow and barely works being a brand new laptop
