    My Laptop has been great. Love using to for school and any other personal use I have. Beautiful and bright display which is great for when I want to get on a streaming service on my laptop!

    I ordered an open box and found that the adapter was badly packaged as if it was just stuffed. The cardboard box was broken. To my surprise, I found the previous owner medical bill that had Name, address, DOB etc. This was horrifying. When I setup the system, I saw that the previous owner login name was seen. This system was not even clensed but was passed from one owner to another but marked as excellent as if it was a display unit. Not such a good experience. The only part good was that the unit was good. Just keep in mind there is no Hello welcome.
