    This laptop is alright, it’s good if you’re buying this for general use. Like streaming videos or movies, or checking emails. But if you try to run any programs on here it could cause issues. I wouldn’t recommend this as a gaming laptop but as a general use laptop, it’s not bad. Especially if you can get it on sale.

    I purchased this laptop on 6/1/2024 for $279,99, I asked the person who processed the purchase if I will be able to get price match on that laptop, he replied that I can, but assured me that I won’t find cheaper than this price because it was on sale for 2 days only. According to this assurance I totally forget about following up on price match, but I was really shocked when I came back to the same store to buy a mouse on 7/24/24 at around 5:00 pm, I saw the exact same laptop, same color, same spec, same location is for $249,99, the price dropped $30, and I saw the same person who processed the purchase, I asked him that you gave me wrong information, he simply replied that we don’t know anything about sales, I talked to the manager, the only thing he offered me is join best buy membership and pay $50 in order to get $30 back for price matching. I call main department and talked to a representative and his supervisor, they give me the same option to get my price matching that I have to pay $50 for membership even though when I told them that they assured me that there’s no cheaper price after I bought the laptop I feel like I was misleaded by giving me wrong information, careless, unprofessional, unacceptable customers service, and this is really frustrating. Please try to address this ASAP only because when It comes to electrics, the first thing that comes on the table is Best Buy, and this situation will definitely shake the trust between you and the customers.
