Good but not as fast as I expected. Like the large SSD.

1 star due to HP customer service. On 2 occasions in first few months of ownership they've been unhelpful. What good is a warranty when their tech people can't answer simple questions? 1st call I had an problem with the software that came with it. After 60 min of time, they said they couldn't help unless I paid for tech support EVEN THOUGH I HAD A WARRANTY. I gave up and have put up with the issues. 2nd time, I had questions on the HP keyboard. It came with the desktop but didn't have a function cheat sheet. the top row has several icons I'm unfamiliar with AND there's no print screen option. I tried to find answers by googling, but no luck. I had 2 coworkers look at it & they didn't know how to print screen either. Why is it that hard? So I used the chat feature. There's no weekend phone support either, boo! The guy spent 30 min with me on chat, half the time researching my questions even though he had the model # for the keyboard. He didn't know how to answer what I thought would be easy questions for a techie. I wrote a complaint to tech support and a woman contacted me who after 30 min on a call still couldn't explain the keyboard (wow!) functions and asked me to take a photo of the keyboard so she could see it and 'try' to figure it out. I gave her the model #. Is she telling me HP doesn't have manuals on all of their computer accessories? I saw the question on their HP customer forum, it hadn't been answered in TWO years. A total of 3 hours of wasted time. I had another HP computer and said I wouldn't buy another, unfortunately I did and this is what happens. How did HP became so big when it's so poor at helping customers?

Best bang for your buck! Nice replacement to what I had previously.

Used PC light for home use, and 1.5 years later, it would not power on. Troubleshot, and it was dead. I always bought HP, and usually they lasted at least four years. I will not be buying another HP. No, I did not buy their expensive warranty. Lesson learned, no more HPs.

The computer is okay, but I will only buy them from the manufacturer in the future as there is stuff on them from stores that is a headache, like antivirus protection that is not the brand used, etc..
