Very satisfied, I had believed for quite some time that the only way clothes got clean was with an agitator. This washing machine has changed my mind about that. I love not having the agitator, I feel like I can wash almost anything in this washing machine. It does not have a lot of options, but I find that I don't need them without the agitator. It also has a function to use a high water level, which I like for particular items.

I've only had the washer a few days, but so far, it's been great!

Very efficient. I am an athletic coach, so often I wash my athletes' uniforms. When the uniforms are casually used (sweat - no blood), I can use the lightest setting and everything comes out smelling great. Usually, the entire cycle is 20 minutes (this product detects load size and time adjusts for that). I have about 15 uniforms, so this is great. If the uniforms are messy, I can use the more intense settings, and everything comes out well. Definitely recommended.

We’ve had the washer 1 month. The performance has been great. We requested a simple washer that was reliable. We are happy with our choice.

I love it very nice size for a family of 5. I can fit 3 large blankets in there.

So far good, I like it better than Maytag, and Whirlpool top loads but nothing compares to my 16 year Whirlpool, I was going to get the LG dryer but after researching the reviews were not good so I kept my Maytag dryer. I returned the first Maytag dryer due to the door was not level and the filter screen did not close properly. the second topload dryer Maytag was the same, sad.

Smooth process--start to finish. The in-store associates were extremely knowledgeable and helped us select the perfect model for us. Installation was seamless and the unit is operating perfectly. Very satisfied!

So far lg. Washer is great, its quite, washes well ,spins nuce and dry. Hope it continues that way. I have used other lg washers for other people was pleased with them thats why i purchased this one.

Easy to use no aggitator makes for large load, deep. Decides the water level based on mass of cloth so no thinking. Works weekly my sheet detergent just drop in torn sheets on top.

Outstanding performance on cleaning clothes and bedding. Light water consumption was a concern but after washing several loads, that concern was no more. Very impressed with this machine.

I love this washer we had a ge one before and in comparison it’s a wash. Ge is no competition just god awful. While this is amazing

We've had this new washer for a little over a week. It has been very nice with washing/cleaning our clothes. It hasn't gotten off balance once yet. It has been much easier than our last washer Samsung. It doesn't take forever to get laundry done anymore. The only thing that is different is that you have to add more water to the loads. That is a little annoying. Also, it doesn't let you know how long the wash will take.
