    We just had this machine installed recently. It’s nice looking, clothes come out really clean…really like the options on the app… but it makes a really bad clunking sound during the cycle. Will need to schedule someone to come look at it.

    I have not had the unit delivered yet, but I had a great experience purchasing. I have never bought laundry appliances before as I am only recently moving out on my own, and the Best Buy employee explained everything well and showed me different options for delivery and install, explained My Best Buy Total, and the differences between the laundry units I was looking at. After talking with him, I felt confident in my decision and now I am excited for delivery and to use my new washer and dryer!

    This washer holds everything. Cuts laundry time way down. From bedding to towels and everything else. Works perfectly. I only use lg since my last set outlasted everyone's that i know. Had them for 13 years. Great machine, great prices, and great service.
