o’ve been using a budget-friendly Dell laptop for a while, and it’s been a great investment. The build quality is solid, and it feels durable enough for daily use. While it’s not the fastest machine, it handles basic tasks like browsing, word processing, and video streaming smoothly. The battery life is decent, lasting several hours on a single charge. The keyboard is comfortable, and the screen quality is good for the price. Overall, if you’re looking for an affordable and reliable laptop for everyday tasks, this Dell model is a great choice.

This laptop is very easy to use/setup for a non tech savvy person like myself. Battery lasts about 3 hours of constant usage, has a quiet keyboard and it’s very light weight and has a great picture and loads up quickly.

The computer itself works great. Love the size and the fact that its also a touch screen BUT I've had this laptop for about 6 months and the right hinge broke and now every time I open the laptop, it cracks and the screen pulls away from the back of the laptop. This laptop rarely ever leaves my desk, if it does, its in a bag. It has never been dropped or stepped on. I'm very upset.

This computer has decent specs out the box for the average home user. It is a superb deal when on discount through Best Buy. Since I use this for work with many apps running, I immediately upgraded to an additional 8gb of RAM (now 16gb total). Paired with the i5 processor and SSD drive, it runs efficient and smooth. The extra 8gb of RAM only costs $15, so I wish Dell would have just included this from the factory since I was already using 90% of the base RAM with just Chrome and Outlook running. Also, I think the computer compensates the lack of RAM when only 8gb is installed which slows things down, even though you aren't using the whole 8gb. By installing more, it runs at full speed and capacity. I was also surprised to find that it has an unused slot inside. I plan on installing a second 512gb SSD drive but I think you may also be able to install a larger battery as well.

I am very happy with this Dell laptop. It is perfectly suited to my requirements and it has performed flawlessly since I purchased it. Delivery was very quick, too. I added a second inexpensive display scree that I picked up elsewhere and I’ve got everything I need. It’s very fast and has adequate storage capacity which I back up to an external SSD. The price on this (just under $400) made it a great deal.

I bought it open box, it came with some scratches, nothing that will go unnoticed, it came without a charger, which the guy who delivered it didn't inform me about, or else I would have bought one at that moment. I am very satisfied with the performance. It comes with a very small memory ram but I increased it to 32 GB and it runs without any program problems. For what it cost me and with an investment of $35 for the charger and $70 for the RAM memories, I see it as a very good purchase, and it also gives you the possibility of putting in another memory rom. For office work, I see it as very excellent.

Pretty nifty computer. I use for tax software download. Has a good speed. Good product for the price, especially to be touchscreen! Bonus that I can get my iPhone text messages on the windows pc!

So far a great buy! It's been working great and it has enough processing power for me, also it's ready to work right after you press power button, all for a bargain price. LOVE IT

Laptop is great. lightweight but good battery life. Windows how is a little different than I am used to but works well once you become familiar with the format.

Excellent laptop for the price, it's worth it. It works well, and I recommend it as a device for everyday office tasks. However, I am not sure if I received a completely new unit, because six days after purchase, I just noticed that a screw is missing on the bottom. I have barely used the laptop a few times inside my house, and it's impossible for a screw to have fallen out. When I first opened it, it seemed like a new device, but it bothers me to have discovered this.

Dell still remains my favorite brand of laptop since forever. The battery life is decent and has fast speed. Definitely worth the money.

The computer is exactly what I needed as a prospective college student. The quality of the touch screen is great, the speed is decent, and I can run software on it such as maya and blender without sacrificing frame rate. I would highly recommend this product, as the price is worth the result.

I was introduced to Dell through my work provided computer and I fell in love. It runs smoothly while operating Microsoft apps, video editing tools and playing video games such as the Sims. I upgraded to this computer from my 2014 Mac and couldn’t be happier! This was the perfect Apple alternative as it provided much more benefits. I don’t think I’ll ever switch from Dell.
