This laptop works well for anything business, personal business. Can be used for light gaming with minimum lag. Battery holds well. Overall a great laptop for the cost.

Great little laptop computer. I use it every day. Initially, however, I had to have my friend Steve, who is a computer geek, remove the "free" anti-virus software that came loaded on the laptop and insisted that I subscribe to their services before I could actually use the computer. That was a real nuisance. Once Steve scrubbed the "disabling" junk software off the laptop it ran like an Indy car.

This laptop has proved to be excellent for my small business. Did not need power for gaming, just basic word processing and record keeping. It has proved to be fast and dependable.

Love it!! Dell has always been a brand I like and know how to use. Size of screen is perfect and what I love the most is the touch screen.

I am really pleased with my purchase of the Dell Inspirion 15 Touch Screen Laptop, Acer monitor and keyboard and Microsoft 365 Personal Subscription. I explained to Canon, the BB associate, exactly what I needed to work from home. He was knowledgeable and hooked me up. Setting up was a breeze and I am not really tech savvy. I am thrilled with my purchase! I also bought the yearly Protection Plan for all the equipment for peace of mind. I spent less than $1000 for the whole purchase. Best Buy is the only store for me for electronics!! I love my new computer and monitor!!

This laptop is great for our needs. Its quick, reliable and user friendly, especially since we are not, by any stretch of the imagination, IT/tech savvy. Easy set up by the Geek Squad (thank you very much), and easy to navigate. We're still learning about all the available features; and enjoying our learning experience (we are seniors...). Definitely the right choice for us, especially since it was on sale...

This is a very lightweight laptop with super fast speed loading everything I need. The price was good for the quality laptop with it's great features.

Started a new job, my old Dell couldn’t handle the programs needed (It was almost 8 years old). Since the job was going to be remote I needed to quickly buy a new laptop. Luckily Best Buy was just down the street. I bought this new Dell, the machine is super fast, handles everything I need for my new job. Very happy with my new Dell and recommend it highly.

I liked it, the computer runs well and the hardwire it looks good. The processor works well, I can surf in internet without problems. I would say that the price correlates to the quality.
