    So far, this has been a good little laptop. I usually buy hp, but decided to try something else. I do school work on it. Have had no problems so far.

    I got this while it was on sale and it works great. I have been using it for college and it has been great. The only fault I have found is that it has a relatively short battery at 2 hours fully charged.

    This laptop was purchased for my grandson to do his college work with. I am a retired network operator and we set it up and loaded office together. Seemed like a great unit for that purpose.

    I had my Dell laptop for 3 months now and its been serving me well with ease. I am not too techy and this laptop is very user friendly. Its not complicated which makes my work efficient and saves me time. I do not any complaints so far.

    I bought this for my grandson to use for college. He loves it, and likes the touch screen. The features with the Dell are a bargin. I bought this model back in 2012 and never had a problem with it although mine wasn't compatible with Windows 11 and so I bought a laptop that was compatible or I'd still be using it.

    Bought for college on sale. Have had best experience with Ddll so was looking for that. This is not a top laptop but overall appears to be good enough for my needs.

    Good Value for Money. This product is well worth every penny spent, just get a good case to keep it in cuz the material it’s made from are not metal but rather plastic

    Honestly, a good purchase, however don't be me and leave it charging when it doesn't need it. Or at least completely turn off the laptop when charging it. If not then it will become very hot (for some reason the colding system doesn't turn on when it becomes hot while charging and is not active) and potentially break the screen.....yes I mess up. Also no, I haven't drop it a single time so this is my conclusion of why it broke down.
