    I was excited to have a PC because it's been a while since I've owned one. I got it home, got everything updated and installed, try to take it out of S mode and it would not budge. No matter what I tried as far as troubleshooting goes it would not come out of S mode. I brought it back to Best buy and the geek squad could not get it out of S mode either. They decided that they could get it out of S mode if they kept it for 2 days and charged me $50. I was not about to have that happen. I had just bought the laptop 3 hours before and I shouldn't have to pay more money to get it to do what I need it to do. I tried to find a comparable laptop that was not in S mode to exchange this one for but the staff wasn't all that helpful so I just ended up returning it. Guess I'm just not supposed to have a laptop. Lol

    Love the features & screen. The large screen is nice & bright. The keys are very responsive. I use multiple ports for additional plug in devices; so I appreciate that feature.
