    When my old laptop died of old age, I bought my new one with the help of a Best Buy salesperson who was attentive to my needs. I am technophobic and use my computer for internet access, writing, and very little else. My new Dell is a good value for my computer use. With the help of the Geek Squad, I am now set up for making my laptop a tool that serves me.

    It's a decent computer! The only buyers remorse I have about it is the keyboard not being backlit... I'd gladly trade the touch screen for a backlit keyboard at the same price. Especially since you can't use a smart pen with the display. It's a capacitive touch screen so only the old rubber bumper stylus' work...
