I received an email saying my package was picked up and I never picked it up. I lived 3 hours away. I called and called and always got the contact center and they were no help. I had to go down there and threaten to call the police and then my order was magically found. And due to this whole ordeal I will no longer be making any purchases here through Best Buy. My item is amazing but the customer service part was horrible.

Broken charging port

Hate this laptop

Nice, but could be better

Without a light, it is too hard to find the right keys when typing.

Low quality

Don’t expect too much for this price. It’s a miracle the computer even turns on and off at this price. In fact, sometimes it doesn’t turn on at all. The screen just freezes.

Total trash, avoid Dell

MS Office 365 and Google Chrome constantly crash. It is beyond sluggish for the most basic tasks. Windows 11 is the biggest spam advertising platform to hit the market. I restart it a dozen times a day to no avail. Biggest waste of $300 ever. I wouldn't even recommend donating it to disadvantaged students.
