Got it all set up and needed to remove 11s so I could run programs I needed outside of the app store and google chrome. I got it all set up and signed into microsoft only because I have a old email address and it supposed to make removing 11s easier. All I would get is errors when following the instructions to change from 11s to 11. I finally did a recovery and saved my data. After the recovery following the instructions to do the change worked perfectly. Extremely frustrating but now its working as it should.

No flash but it functions

The core i5 seems good but there is nothing flashy about. Functional with touch screen. I'm unable to download google and I'm unable to use my old printer and I don't want to buy a new one. Laptop may have to go back. Q

Membership Plan: Yearly Membership Member Number Enrollment Date 2/9/2025 Renewal $179.99 per year To ensure your benefits are always active, your membership will automatically renew each year.* just get it fix, total for this piece of junk $578.99 so far. This will be the last time i buy off Best Buy rip your ask off. Best buy gets you on an half ask warranty. buy from someone who stands behind the stuff they sale, i can see this lap-top will not last me for a year. the dame battery gets HOT,shuts down, i had to put shelf tabs to raise it up so it would not burn into my desk. this has big hidden faults.

However, 3 weeks after purchase the computer abruptly wouldn't start. The good news is that I was given a replacement - no questions asked. The bad news is that I had to pay for transferring the data to the new computer. So far the replacement is working well but I'm wondering if it, too, would stop working and whether it would happen after the warrantee expires...
