    My laptop is great, however it was the most frustrating, ridiculous, maddening process I’ve ever gone through to make a simple, but fairly large ($1000) purchase. I spent 2 days trying to figure out why my same day delivery was not being delivered. You can’t reach any person on any phone line and all reps through the online chat are clearly from another country. Not only do they All (and I conversed with several) have HORRBILE English and grammar, they only repeat the same few words “I understand you are frustrated” and “rest assured I’ll be taking care of you today” but don’t actually do a single thing to help, in any way at all. Best Buy is literally the WORST. I have never been a fan, but thought maybe an online purchase would be ok. Man, I was wrong. Please keep your $5.00 review incentive, as I will never, EVER buy from Worst Buy again. I can’t imagine you’ll be in business much longer based on the many other customers who were at your store complaining when I finally went to pick up my delivery that was never delivered. The return and compliant lines were longer than the purchase lines, Really ridiculous. I was in the store for 45 minutes, after driving 30 minutes to pick up an item that was supposed the be delivered the same day, but was not “assigned to a driver” the following day either. Why even offer a service you are not able to provide? Just go away already.

    Pretty good computer but I don’t enjoy it as much as the ASUS I had previously. The camera is in a better location but often looks fuzzy, not a clear picture. There’s only a plug in on one side which I don’t like.

    I purchased an open box dell in excellent condition last week. the build for this laptop is pretty good and i liked the keyboard and display..the only drawback was that it heated up a lot even though i wasn't using any heavy apps and the loud fan noise
