Needed laptop

I only bought it because Geek Squad told me they repaired by other Dell laptop. When I got home, it was doing the exact same thing and was not repaired at all. So that Geek Sqad repair was HORRIBLE.

NO IR CAMERA

Computer completely wouldn't turn on

He was so confused . He never seen nothing this bad..poor quality and best buy wouldn't help me . DO NOT BUY THIS COMPUTER .
