My mother in law was complaining about her tablet being slow, she refused to upgrade. We got one of these for her as a birthday gift and she absolutely loves it. I got myself one too, and I really enjoy it. Very easy to use.

This is actually my first iPad that I’m keeping for myself. Purchased to use mainly for reading Manga, E-Books, YouTube, and movies. The screen is an excellent size and very clear and bright. The speakers are great and I have a pair of AirPods to use along with it when I’m out in public. Super easy to set up and very responsive. Plenty of space (128GB) for my needs.

But I love it the battery life is great and I have no issues with the device at all. Large screen and it was easy to buy a case for it. In the store, Customer Service was friendly and helpful. I was in and out and they had exactly what I was looking for. But in my case I've always loved shopping at Best Buy

The battery stays charged a long time, you can easily download apps and games, and check your Gmail. I downloaded YouTube and introduced her to funny cat videos. Not too heavy for her to carry around. Well worth the proce.

Fresh, colorful and fast with 4 bright color choices with optional protective covers with matching colors. As always we took advantage of a trade-in to make things even better. We opted for an Apple Pencil to top things off. You cannot go wrong with this new iPad!
