Coming from a 2014 iPad mini this is a great upgrade and does 90% of what the more expensive ones do just not an OLED screen. Still the screen looks great to me!

It came in excellent condition, no blemishes, and is a big upgrade over my previous older iPad.

It is a nice upgrade over her older iPad, and quite a few more options now that iOS 26 is available. The display is nice and responsive. It does everything she needs it to do.

They couldn't activate THEIR product. After several attempts with Apple support, was told to return to store---which I did. Went to Best Buy and there were minor issues BUT, Geek Squad was aware of the need for a new software update for this iPad and handled for me. Great job guys! It still baffles me why Apple did not know anything about their own product...

The Best Buy Experience
