Would not recommend, very low processing power, can’t have too many tabs or download too many files. Not what I was expecting (but that is my fault for not understanding the product before buying!)

This came with an incorrectly matched power cord. It doesn't charge the laptop. I bought a second laptop at the same time and am using one power cord to charge both laptops intermittently. It's very inconvenient!

The screen ( display) is constantly flickering and color fades in and out, software issue or hardware defect. Horrible graphics and annoying. Best Buy should be offering to replace it at no cost!

Does not run very fast at all. Takes a long time to load things up

This is my first chromebook computer and I would not buy again. It is not compatible with Windows software. Sharing screen on zoom calls is not sufficient.

If you can snag it on a deal, it’s worth it just to have as a device to surf the net and watch videos and movies on, otherwise junk.

the computer is good for little projects and looks nice.

I’m not very impressed with the speed of this. It’s very slow to fill out forms very slow to catch up with the typing. I wish I would not have bought it.

Lap Top seems like nice machine but graphics aren’t that great

I purchased this for my 11 year old so I wasn't looking for the top of the line, but this computer has the absolute worst display that I have ever seen. It literally irritates my eyes. Needless to say, it sits in the corner unused. Do not purchase- you'll regret it.

Not good! I have bought small chromebooks before. But this one is awful! It was cheaply built and gave weird messages that made no sense! I wish I had bought the Lenovo that was only a few dlars more!

Purchased this with the intention of using it for Zoom/YouTube, but it wasn't able to run both of those things at the same time.. defeating the whole purpose.

It’s a great laptop but you I’m a huge display guy. You get what you pay for so no complaints but the display is the only thing I don’t really like.

Still havent received it. Change it to a store pick up on Christmas Eve still didn't get. It was told I have to be verified, so my kids woke app without their big gift on Christmas, and I'm still waiting on it supposed to be here tomorrow.

It can not handle online games, very slow and the screen colors were really funky. So I returned it and bought a real laptop, a 15.8" Lenovo IDEAPAD - which I love!

I ordered this product and 2 days later received the wrong item. I called customer service the lady who I spoke to, told me that she was going to send me the returns label so that I can return it on any UPS stores, and also verified which store had the right product available so that way I could stop by and pick it up. She told me that once the UPS store scanned the return label the store that I selected would received a notification for them to get my right product ready and once they had it ready they would send me an email to pick up in store. I did received an email but it was stating that they canceled everything and that they were not able to send me the right item( even though they messed up by sending it wrong the first time) and also told me that they weren't able to refund me either. I had to go another store to get my right item since it was a Christmas present for my kid and spend extra money on it. I'm really disappointed with this sotre. Never again will buy anything from them

Bought two of these recently for entry level employees to do basic tasks. They feel like a phone OS and are very slow. In the future I'd spend an additional $100 and get something better.
