    The laptop is fine but the delivery was not good. The delivery company (not Best Buy) was suppose to deliver the laptop to a UPS office in a CVS. They claimed the address was incorrect and it was not. It delayed the delivery of a laptop that I needed for my college course and it caused me problems not having it sooner rather than later.

    I would recommend this to a friend

    this system doesn't work, and customer service sucks! said they'd send me a USB drive to reinstall (like I should have to do that on a 1 day old system) but they didn't send it. i am very disappointed with this product and support. lousy support hours as well. no windows 11 key on the bottom of the computer, no manuals, nothing!

    Ive bought refurbished from best buy before with no issues. However, I couldnt even get this laptop set up because it would crash and reboot every 5mins. Had to return it.
