The battery life and quietness of this laptop are very nice. The Lenovo OLED display is beautiful. The speakers are tinny and I recommend using headphones. It is the closest I have seen a Windows laptop come to an Apple Sillicon Macbook. However, as in the past, there are still weird bugs and occasional incompatibilities with legacy software. If you rely on any piece of older software, I would avoid these for now. If you plan on doing basic productivity and light creative work, these are good. If you are gaming, steer clear of anything with ARM for a while. The GPU in the X Elite is a generation behind AMD and Intel integrated graphics. Ultimately, these laptops feel not fully baked yet. They are good, but you may run into compatability issues or performance losses.

No problem, just restore to a previous time in windows update, but that didn't work. The included Lenovo Vantage software isn't a support tool, just a sales portal to buy product support software that should be included. After several hours of troubleshooting without support because I couldn't find it. Still no progress on the dead WiFi. Finally found a Lenovo support page where I could scan the computer and it said the processer was malfunctioning but the network adapter passed the tests. Tried to reset the computer and even that failed. Just a low quality brick!! The company isn't serious about offering support just trying to upsell you for software add-ons. Won't ever be buying Lenovo again. By the way battery life on this thing is actually super poor about 4 hours on balanced mode!!

However, when it comes to Best Buy's customer service i am disappointed and not satisfied at all. So 5 stars for the laptop 0 stars for Beat Buy customer service.

Great laptop with a HUGE problem ....

This is a deal breaker for me as those are the 3 programs i use all the time.

Not a durable computer for its price

After only two months of use my laptop got a micro crack in the screen (with a case and without dropping it) and it decommissioned the whole computer. I would not recommend anyone buy this laptop

The windows installed on my laptop was defective and it needed to be repaired/reinstalled. Only found that out when I was trying to do a factory reset. Thank you best buy for going above and beyond to help me! Exchanged for MacBook 13 M3 which is a much better quality machine!

Worst Laptop Purchase – Avoid Lenovo Yoga!

It has been the worst purchase of my life. Despite being advertised as having PowerAI, its AI capabilities are extremely weak. The laptop is slow, full of glitches, and constantly lags. Battery life is disappointing—I barely used it, yet it drains quickly. The biggest issue was the faulty camera, which completely failed in the first month. I was abroad for a month and missed all my online classes because of it. When I contacted the retailer (Best Buy), they refused to take responsibility. Lenovo’s warranty service also didn’t cover the hardware problem. I paid a premium price, yet within six months, its value dropped a lot . I was choosing between Apple and Lenovo and made the mistake of trying something new—huge regret. If you’re considering this laptop, stay away! Wouldn’t recommend Lenovo Yoga to anyone. Overpriced, unreliable, and terrible customer service.
