I have owned it for one month and have called Lenova along with Geek Squad about a keyboard issue and opening up Chrome when I toggle over the icon below.

Old drivers

Lenovo drivers are early releases shortly after the Snapdragon processor came to market and contain lots of bugs.

Really wanted to love it…

An example being I would close the laptop to make it sleep and when I would open it back up, the keyboard wouldn’t work so I was forced to restart it several times. After 2 times in just 2 days, I can’t keep it. It feels like it would give me issues in the future. Maybe I got a defective product? Don’t know if I can try it again though.

Poor customer experience with Best Buy

Ordered an “excellent” open box which clearly states it includes original packaging and accessories or suitable replacement. I didn’t receive a charger or proper packaging. I brought it to the local Best Buy store who refused to acknowledge that the charger should have been included even with me showing them the product listing. Forced to just return the laptop as they would not provide any remedy. Thanks for wasting my time Best Buy.

Returned it and decided to try once again with my 2nd Lenovo Yoga Slim 7x last Thursday. Now, the keyboard is making grinding noises during my Zoom calls. Shouldn't be experiencing these types of issues with a new laptop. Returning and asking for a refund soon.

Stunning Laptop
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I loved the color of this laptop, it is called cosmic blue, but it is really a metallic dark blue color. Secondly, the screen is 14.5 inches, which is slightly larger than the 14 inch standard, and you can actually feel the increase. The display colors are sharp and stunning. It goes up to 1000 nits according to specs, and I love this display. Since this is 14.5 inches, the speakers are on the side of the keyboard and the sound is quite good for a laptop of this size. The touch screen is great and the laptop is slim, fast and visually pleasing. This has the 90HZ 3k OLED display, so it is a very high end display. THe processor is also top of the line Snapdragon Elite. The storage is 512, so a little low, but I keep most of my stoff on one drive so its not an issue for me.

Posted .Hey JillF, we're sorry to hear that you're having trouble with your Yoga Slim 7x. To help resolve this issue, we recommend following these troubleshooting steps: 1. Perform a static discharge/power cycle. To do so, first remove all cables connected to the device (power adapter, HDMI, external mouse, external keyboard, etc.). 2. Be sure device is powered off, then. press and hold the power button down for 60 seconds. When done, re-attach all cables and insert the power adapter, letting the laptop charge for a couple minutes, then power up the machine as usual. 3. Try to update the drivers on the Lenovo Support site: https://pcsupport.lenovo.com/. Type the machine serial number (S/N) on the search bar. Hit enter to search the details regarding that unit. Click on the Drivers and Software tab, head to the Manual Update tab. Filter the Operating System drop-down to Windows 11 and proceed to downloading / updating the drivers. Restart your laptop when updates are done. If your issue persists after these steps, we then recommend contacting Lenovo Support directly at this number: 855-253-6686, to work with a representative for more in-depth troubleshooting.
