This is a great product as built by ASUS. It feels sturdy and comfortable in a different way as compared to my Steam Deck OLED. The high refresh rate screen with VRR is very nice and helpful when you have varying frame rates in advanced games. The main issue is Windows - I am techy and patient, but all of the different interfaces are messy and still need different ways to use. I know Microsoft is working on this, it would be needed.

I've been using the Roy Ally X for a few weeks now, and I'm very impressed with its performance. The battery life is outstanding, allowing me to use it for extended periods without worrying about constant recharging. One of my favorite features is the extra fan, which efficiently cools down the machine, preventing any overheating issues during intensive tasks. Additionally, the sleek black color is not only aesthetically pleasing but also practical, as it doesn't show dirt easily. Overall, I'm very satisfied with my purchase and highly recommend the Roy Ally X to anyone looking for a reliable and well-designed device.

This handheld has quickly become my primary gaming system. Dual-booting Windows and Bazzite to maximize utility and access to my large legacy Steam library has been great. The built-in display is fantastic, and having the ability to charge and hook up XR glasses (Viture Pro) for a "big screen" experience is a game changer. I have logged 40+ hours on Hogwarts Legacy and time in many other AAA titles so far, and it has handled the task admirably. This is the king of handhelds right now.

I travel for work staying in hotels or being in a car passenger seat and i am never home to play the games on my computer like i want to. This is hands down the best thing i have gotten, runs everything smooth, great graphics and is super convenient for my situation!

This handheld is a beast! The performance from the AMD Ryzen processor is incredible, and it runs every game I've thrown at it smoothly. The 120Hz screen makes gameplay look amazing. This is truly next-level portable gaming.

This is a great handheld gaming machine for anyone looking to play their favorite games on the go (or at work, while on break)! I've had this for a little over a month now and haven't had any issues, so far! I do tend to use this mostly to play WoW while on break at work with a hub so I can hook up to peripherals and use my own hotspot - but I've also used it a bunch of times when I have friends over to play Palia so they don't have to cram into my computer room. I use the JSAUX case with hard front cover so I can just slip this into my backpack and go.

Feels great to hold and the screen's specs are not only amazing, but adjustable! I love gaming on this device.

This is a powerful handheld with good battery life

Picked this up awhile ago in preperations for a trip and I gotta say im very happy with it. As a steamdeck owner having the option to pick this up when I just want a windows client is very nice. i find it easy to navigate in the hand held mode and havent had many major issues, the only thing ive had issues with would be the keyboard hiding when im clicking into a prompt box.

I love this thing. It is so nice to be able to take this on the go with a bluetooth keyboard and mouse. Can still take my steam games and make progress on them. The graphics wont be as good as your normal PC but at least it can run it unlike the steam deck. You can also get a docking station for it and plug it into a monitor/tv.

The product was almost perfect, despite the box and minor scratches. It is amazingly good and with some sacrificies it can be the best handheld pc comparing price/performance. Need a xbox experience without paying extra 400 bucks? Rog got u

The ROG Ally X is everything I hoped it would be and more. As someone who travels often for work, I needed a powerful, portable gaming setup—and this delivers. Way much better than SteamDeck, both performance and battery life. And Windows brings all the possibilities for gaming. Need 2TB and 4TB version, 1TB is never enough.

Bought this for my little brother because he travels and he loves it when he is at the airport during layovers or even during mid flight. A lot of people on the flight would ask him about the device, it definitely turns people's heads

Amazing handheld experience. Speed and graphics as well as along battery life which is very useful while traveling or commuting.

I got it a little cheaper at the excellent version open box. It had a few smudges and was fine out of the box. The only issue was that when i was starting it up for the first time it already crashed which was a little concerning but i reset it and was able to set it up. I have been trying out different things and trying to push the device to the limits. It surprisingly enough runs elden ring surprisingly well and it wasnt even plugged in. However some games require setup and is a little annoying to play a game i am having serious issues with right now is the binding of issac rebirth. Which by no means is a hard game which is confusing. Lies of P, Elden ring, dead cells and TFT for league of legends. I still have alot left to try but this is what i have confirmed so far.

For me it's the best portable video game Because I can have my entire video game collection on a single device And I feel that the components of this console are quite premium

The Ally X comes packed with plenty of features. It has a great LCD screen (no OLED) but it doesn't detract from the experience. The inclusion of 24GB is a god send. I set my VRAM to 10GB in the bios and it makes a huge difference. I checked out the Steam Deck and the Lenovo Legion and found the Ally to be the sweet spot.
