I easily spend two-three hours a day on this device. Everything from using my favorite streaming service to playing some of my favorite games, I love having the ability to take my media library anywhere that I am going.

This is great long battery good graphics. Operating system works perfectly good storage.

Great at running most games, but a poor battery life and a clunky operating system.

I did end up returning it but it wasnt because it was bad i just realized i wasnt using it enough and i wished the screen would be a lot bigger. Overall it was great and did enjoy it. Quality was good and it did not feel flimsy.

What a great handheld, but probably ideal for beginners. YET. if you know your way around a gaming PC and windows, you can get a lot of performance out of this. But windows is still gonna windows. Windows store is horrible, sometimes the armory crate app doesn't work, sometimes the controls don't work. All usually fixed by a reboot. But general issues and glitches and usability of windows on this form factor really add up over time. Hopefully when valve releases steam os for this device it will alleviate a lot of these issues. Definitely going to dual boot, as I went with this over the steam deck for windows in the first place.

Basically just a portable pc pricey but worth it. I got this to be able to play my steam library on the go since i cant really escape to my pc room to play. Setup was just like setting up any new pc. Games I have look good and run fine. Feels comfortable to hold. Really only downside is the battery life. For long gaming sessions might as well make sure you are plugged in.

I love this thing. I wasn’t sure if I was going to get until my wife told me that it’s just a handheld gaming laptop that can double as a pc and runs my games waaaaay better than my gaming laptop did. My biggest gripe is that I wanted the Ally X in white and that’s obviously not available (sigh). Either way I’m super happy with my purchase and use it everyday.

Coming from last year's ROG Ally, the Ally X has a bunch of small upgrades that really improve the overall experience. The ergonomics, 24GB ram, control sticks, additional usb-c port, and external GPU compatibility are just some of those upgrades that make the purchase worth it. If you already have the original Ally, is the upgrade worth it? Maybe not so, but if the items I mentioned above are important to you, maybe it is something to consider. Personally, I've been really enjoying the new Ally X.

I really like the Rog ally x a lot. I had the original Rog ally, and this improves it in pretty much every way. I didn’t know if I would like the original ally, and yet I fell in love with it. However, due to the battery life I found myself frequently not taking it on trips for fear of running out of power. With the Rog ally x, I do not have this concern. The unit I received worked perfectly, and even fixed the glitch with it sometimes not recognizing my thumbprint that was on the original.

Mini gaming device, game pass, decent battery, no complaints. Bought it to be an extention of my pc and xbox ecosystem, love it.

Absolutely recommend! It's awesome, battery life terrific, plays games like butter! You will not regret!

Fantastic product. There are just so many options out there in the market and some newer ones coming out soon. As of now, Top 3 in the market but possible upgrades coming out soon.

Nice and powerful lol I was running a casaos server on this on the go and it was a beast I hade my Minecraft server and all the PC games with anti cheat this is a beast
