Truck driver unwinds with gaming

Highly recommend getting this! This thing is just awesome plays a lot of titles!

I use it when traveling to kill time on flights and sometimes in hotels. I know you can do a lot with this but for me just having a solid powerful device to play games on the is checks all the boxes

Worthy successor

Though spec wise, improvements may not seem drastic, compared to the original ally, this is leaps and bounds ahead and worth the money. Unlike some other reviews, I'm happy to say i havent experienced any quality control issues.

Worth every penny.

Being able to upgrade the cheaper 2280 SSDs is probably the best thing they changed from the Ally Extreme Z1.

Rog Ally X - nice steps forward

Better battery life, ergonomics, extra usb-c port. I liked the original and this addresses some of the weaknesses effectively. I kindof miss the white though. Although, let’s be honest…I really want an orange one!!

It's a little handheld that runs so many games and even some low-end VR. If you dont already have a gaming pc that has a 1650 or better, go for it, especially if you can find it open box. Buying it as is, it's so hard to justify that price already having a gaming pc.
