    Made me realize how bad we needed an upgrade for our vacuum. This thing took up almost a whole canister full of dog hair in our carpet that we just vacuumed with the old. Love it!!!!!!

    So far, so good. We purchased one and after the first use had to exchange it. It completely stopped rotating and it seems a sensor blew. We have a smaller home that only has the usual debris and dog hair. We have used the new one and has been getting the job done. It has great pick up and love the detect feature that allows you to go from rug to bare floor without having to hit any buttons. I suggest getting a warranty as dependability is not high on my list.

    I knew exactly what I wanted to buy. The lady that helped me spent time explaining all the ends and outs for this purchase. Got home and thev vacuum is even better than Ihad hoped. Easy to use and works on all the surfaces. Happy with everything.

    This is a great vac IMO. It has & does so much that I've can't put into words. Tho can say that I wish that the hose a longer for getting into longer/deeper areas that can be accessed by attachments such as under bed or reaching ceiling corners. Maybe an addon if available (outside Shark in they don't have or make). Other than that A++++++ all around. Worth the $$$ IMO.
