    I’m not sure why, but it only lasted a week and we don’t do much printing at all. I don’t know if it was a defect or what but not pleased at all with it. Was told I could not return it.

    I chose that because I had to buy $$$ because I bught a HP printer.....which did not work at all.......I tried umpteen times....instead of just 1 time & returning it to Best Buy Never again will I buy an HP anything!!!

    The cartridges worked well. I am deeply concerned that my 3 month old HP printer using this cartridge may be made useless because BestBuy was the only store with them i stock, with only 2 available!
